NP/PA Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Windsor, NC New

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Bertie Hospital located in Windsor, NC are seeking a B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient care in their Emergency Department.

One year of ED provider experience preferred.

Critical Access Hospital inclusive of an 8- bed Emergency Department

(12) 12 hour shifts (10am -10pm) per month

No call

Monthly emergency department census of 950-1,000 patients

CT Tech in-house 24/7

Support from nearby hospital, ECU Health Chowan Hospital, in Edenton, NC, a 25 bed critical access hospital with 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage

Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to ECU Health Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center located in Greenville, NC

Telestroke support

BLS and ACLS certifications required
