JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary of Performance Expectations.
Performs history, physical examinations, diagnoses, and therapeutic treatment regimens as required. Interprets lab results under the supervision and directions of operating physician.
Education And Credentials:
Required
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, NCCPA Certified or graduate of an accredited Nursing program and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Work Experience:
Required
Two years experience in Family Practice Medicine. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in that basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
